You will maintain application platforms to ensure reliability, scalability, and high availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver local and global application services within agreed SLAs.
• Contribute to operational projects and proactive continuous improvements for performance, security, and capacity.
• Create and maintain service support documentation, including processes, procedures, and service catalogues.
• Follow Global Service Management processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Unix environments.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Degree in any field.
