Description

You will provide technical support for the Asset Finance system, acting as the first point of contact for operational issues and troubleshooting system errors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using diagnostic techniques as the first-level support analyst.
• Monitor and maintain all system jobs and processes under the guidance of the Tech Lead.
• Examine system functionality to identify errors or inconsistencies in the Asset Finance platform.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to communicate issues and implement solutions effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support roles.
• Deep understanding of NetSol CMS system and the Asset Finance technical landscape.
• Proficiency in basic SQL development for data querying and debugging.
• Working knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience managing and monitoring system jobs and automated processes.
• Practical knowledge of incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with business users and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
