Description

You will maintain the operational health, security, and performance of the Power Platform environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor availability, interoperability, and reliability of the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Implement governance, security, and usage best practices in collaboration with IT teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
• Apply security patches and implement solutions to improve platform governance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Power Platform applications.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with on-premises data gateway and direct Power Platform development.
• Strong understanding of M365 architecture, services, and features.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and troubleshoot effectively.
• Ability to provide after-hours support as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting.
• Experience with system integration.
