Description

You will manage and support complex applications within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAS services, user/group/role profiles, and data libraries via SAS Management Console and SAS Visual Analytics Admin.
• Monitor and maintain Visual Analytics/LASR servers and perform diagnosis by reading SAS logs.
• Develop intermediate-level scripts and programs to support application functionality and API integration.
• Prioritize production issues and multiple concurrent tasks based on business impact and urgency.
• Handle SAS license updates and administrative tasks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in application support or similar roles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including PowerShell, Batch, and Unix.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Ability to read code and develop programs to call or build APIs.
• Strong understanding of production issue prioritization.
• Background or knowledge in the financial industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience troubleshooting Java or .NET source code.
• Experience with cloud CI/CD workflows.
• FRM or ITIL certification.
