You troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, administer application servers, and manage change and problem resolution processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure incidents.
• Administer application servers and execute deployments.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting.
• Manage incident, problem, and change handling workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux OS and hardware interactions.
• Proficiency in Unix Shell scripting.
• Experience with Perl or Python programming.
• Knowledge of HTTP protocols and SQL.
• Experience with databases such as Sybase, DB2, or MSSQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting desktop applications.
• Knowledge of storage systems (SAN, NAS).
