Description

Provide technical support and monitor production systems across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to business users regarding technology issues.
• Monitor business applications, IT applications, batch jobs, and infrastructure components.
• Drive service improvements using data-driven analytics with an emphasis on automation and robotics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for disaster recovery tests, infrastructure changes, and data center maintenance.
• Maintain supportability and quality during the introduction of production changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting multiple operating systems, including Linux and Windows Server.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong scripting skills in SQL, PowerShell, and Python.
• Experience with relational databases including Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience using software tools such as Autosys, BigPanda, and IPcenter.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Ability to perform problem statement analysis and solution design.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data center maintenance procedures.
