Description

You will manage application stability and resolve technical issues within a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex technical issues and design effective solutions to maintain system health.
• Monitor production environments using tools such as Netcool, AppDynamics, or Splunk.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow to ensure service continuity.
• Coordinate with IT stakeholders and business partners to resolve blockers.
• Execute and manage batch jobs using scheduling tools like Autosys.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UNIX and SQL.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
• Experience with monitoring solutions such as Netcool, AppDynamics, or Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Experience using batch scheduling tools like Autosys.
• Solid working knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Proven ability in problem statement analysis and solution design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Knowledge of Azure environments.
• Experience with automation tools like Automation Anywhere or IPcenter.
