Description

You will provide Tier 2 support for enterprise applications and interfaces, including Microsoft Dynamics GP, FMW, Dayforce, CityWorks, Xplor Recreation, and GHD Web services.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve application incidents, bugs, and requests through systematic troubleshooting.
• Execute system upgrades, patches, and application bug fixes.
• Develop and maintain system/database upgrade documentation and IT knowledge bases.
• Validate requirements for new and existing business information systems.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) development and end-user training delivery.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Tier 2 application support, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Proficiency with SQL Server (2014, 2016, or higher).
• Ability to write and debug PL/SQL database procedures.
• Experience with Java, HTML 5, XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
• Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell.
• Proficiency in O365 Productivity suite.
• Experience with report-generating tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, or SSRS.

Preferred Skills

• Background in systems design, development, and implementation.
