Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of resolving issues across a range of hardware and software systems, directly supporting mining site operations. Key Responsibilities
· Support MineStar systems end-to-end, delivering top-tier service for both hardware and software components.
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional customers and dealers, acting as a trusted advisor.
· Participate in rotational hotline coverage, providing responsive support for MineStar product users.
· Diagnose and restore site services, escalating complex issues to advanced global support teams when required.
· Troubleshoot across the entire technology ecosystem—from machine-mounted sensors and onboard control units to network infrastructure, servers, displays, and databases.
What You’ll Need
· Experience in Virtualization, Basic TCP/IP Networking, Database fundamentals
· 2+ years of experience in application or support roles
· Previous experience in a customer support environment – such as a call center, helpdesk, or support desk, where troubleshooting and clear communication were critical
· Supporting our MineStar product suite
· On-call weekend work will be required for this position
