Description

You will resolve hardware and software issues for mining site operations, supporting MineStar systems end-to-end.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support MineStar systems, delivering service for hardware and software components.
• Diagnose and restore site services across sensors, control units, networks, servers, displays, and databases.
• Escalate complex issues to advanced global support teams when required.
• Participate in rotational hotline and on-call weekend coverage.
• Maintain relationships with regional customers and dealers.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in application or support roles.
• Experience in Virtualization.
• Basic TCP/IP Networking knowledge.
• Database fundamentals.
• Previous customer support environment experience (call center, helpdesk, or support desk).
• Experience supporting MineStar product suite.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot across the entire technology ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills for acting as a trusted advisor.
