Description

You will manage country-based IT application support and lead the operations team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team and manage L1, L2, and L3 support tickets.
• Interact with customers and business users to provide status updates and reporting.
• Implement ITIL processes and manage stakeholder communications.
• Handle risk management, escalation processes, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage business continuity and provide weekly and monthly status reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or operations.
• Technical proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and process implementation.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and risk escalation.
• Fluency in Polish and strong communication skills for business user interaction.
• Experience with Oracle WSR and MSR reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
