Description

You will provide technical and functional support for the OniT platform, managing configuration, development workflows, and user requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for the OniT system and end-users.
• Collect requirements from business analysts to assess feasibility and scope.
• Develop technical execution plans for App Builder development work.
• Configure business rules and complex conditional compound actions within workflows.
• Perform hands-on app creation and configuration using OniT tools.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting or implementing the OniT platform.
• Proficiency in Liquid templating language (Shopify’s Liquid syntax).
• Experience using the Liquid editor in OniT and editing templates.
• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Basic JavaScript skills for dynamic field manipulation.
• Ability to configure business rules and build logic.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legal operations processes and supporting technologies.
• Familiarity with OniT and Shopify documentation.
