Description

You will provide advanced technical support for internal software applications and resolve complex system issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues, including user errors and system bugs.
• Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to work with development teams on bug fixes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications and support processes.
• Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities.
• Provide training and technical support to end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with basic database concepts.
• Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance principles.
• Experience with Software Testing.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
