Description

You will manage production support for business applications and coordinate technical infrastructure lifecycle tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for IT applications and manage troubleshooting efforts across different software types.
• Coordinate infrastructure technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
• Execute system changes by following established IT change management processes.
• Manage software license renewals and contract lifecycles.
• Collaborate with onsite and offsite support teams to resolve issues and break down functional silos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in corporate IT application support management.
• 5+ years of experience providing production support for IT applications.
• Proven experience troubleshooting various application types.
• Practical knowledge of the SDLC process.
• Experience managing infrastructure technology installations and maintenance.
• Experience performing system changes within formal change management frameworks.
• Experience in license management and software contract renewals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a regulated environment, specifically within healthcare.
