Description

You will maintain application stability and manage technical issues to ensure continuous service availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose application issues by interpreting system logs and responding to abrupt technical problems.
• Manage the deployment of service releases, patches, requests, and customizations.
• Direct software developers on application enhancements and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Document all short-term and long-term technical changes and procedures.
• Assess customer inquiries across email, phone, and chat to restore service efficiently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, Go, Python, or C++.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL database technologies.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET frameworks.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems.
• Understanding of API, Kubernetes, and database management systems.
• Ability to use SQL, Microsoft SQL Developer, or Oracle SQL Developer.

Preferred Skills

• Experience preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for application systems.
