Description

Manage technical operational tasks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain environment stability for production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported and self-detected issues through deep-dive data investigations.
• Monitor and recover processes to ensure continuous environment stability.
• Coordinate with Level 3 and Development teams to resolve production issues and drive environment improvements.
• Develop support and investigation scripts to streamline troubleshooting workflows.
• Lead new implementations, rollouts, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development or application support.
• 3+ years of experience with Ab Initio and database-related projects.
• Proficiency with Unix commands, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with ETL, WebSphere, and job scheduling tools.
• Experience using system monitoring tools such as AppDynamics.
• Strong log analysis skills across application components.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and a DevOps mindset.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data, Hadoop, Hive, and shell scripting.
• Background in the Finance accounting domain.
