Description

You will support and enhance production environments for trading and risk applications in the Capital Markets domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage proactive monitoring, issue diagnosis, and environment stability for trading systems.
• Utilize Geneos for dashboard setup, rule writing, alert optimization, and health monitoring.
• Execute root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Participate in release cycles, performing sanity checks and validating deployments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and ensure SLA adherence.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of hands-on application support experience in Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, market data flows, order routing, and post-trade processes.
• Proficient in MS SQL for complex queries, data validation, and incident resolution.
• Strong UNIX and Shell scripting skills for automation, log analysis, and job troubleshooting.
• Experience with Geneos for monitoring and alerting.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex data validation in high-volume trading environments.
