Description

You manage trade bookings, lifecycle events, and End-of-Day reconciliation across trading platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reflection of trade bookings, amendments, and corporate actions across downstream platforms.
• Investigate and resolve trade, position, and payment discrepancies using analytical skills.
• Execute End-of-Day processes, including reconciliation and completeness checks.
• Collaborate with IT and Product Development to automate trade workflows and enhance monitoring tools.
• Maintain procedure documentation and support UAT testing for system migrations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong understanding of vanilla and exotic derivatives: Structured Notes, Equities, OTC Equity and Interest Rate Derivatives (Swaps, Forwards), Bonds, and Loans.
• Hands-on experience with project initiatives, UAT testing, or trading platform onboarding.
• Familiarity with trading and risk systems: TraderEH, SwapOne, Imagine, Calypso, Bloomberg.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets, regulatory oversight, and operational risk.
• Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
