Key Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience supporting end users of the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) application
• Experience troubleshooting EHR/application support issues in a healthcare environment
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience training end users and supporting application adoption is a plus
• Home health or hospice experience is preferred
• Familiarity with applications such as AIDA, Allscripts, BetterRx, CareXM, DocuSign, PowerDMS, NaviHealth, SHP, or ADP is a plus
