Description

You will manage application monitoring and data analysis to ensure telematics data integrity and system availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and data flows within the data lake and foresight applications.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis and debugging to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Manage and resolve technical issues via ServiceNow tickets.
• Monitor system logs and use ThousandEyes to maintain visibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or application monitoring roles.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and pgAdmin for data querying and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
• Experience using AWS CloudFront and Postman.
• Ability to write Python scripts for automation and batch processing tasks.
• Experience working with data lakes and SQL.
• Proven ability to debug complex data issues without code development.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident management.
