You will provide expert application support to ensure smooth operation of client systems.

Responsibilities

• Address application issues and ensure smooth operational continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Conduct regular system checks and performance monitoring to identify potential issues.
• Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Train and mentor junior team members on application support best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for application-related issues.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to perform performance monitoring and system checks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
