Description

You will provide daily support and maintenance for manufacturing process applications, focusing heavily on diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets triaged through IT Production, collaborating with IT Project Managers.
• Diagnose production issues, tracing them from error messages through code analysis.
• Update production databases using T-SQL queries and procedures.
• Work with non-technical analysts and business stakeholders to resolve production problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or similar engineering roles.
• Full stack capability in web application and API development using .NET Framework.
• Expertise in SQL Server, including writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Proficiency with Git repositories and Visual Studio for code management.
• Knowledge of the Windows server environment, IIS, and Windows Services.
• Experience triaging production issues via code analysis.
