Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Active Directory and related identity services in a production environment.
• Investigate and resolve directory service, authentication, and access-related incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Administer Azure-based identity components and support integration with enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve user access and directory synchronization issues.
• Maintain service stability by handling escalations, root cause analysis, and operational support activities.

Skills Required:

• 6 to 12 years of relevant application support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure and enterprise directory services.
• Practical knowledge of ad server administration and Active Directory support.
• Ability to troubleshoot authentication, access, and identity-related issues in a production environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a Windows-based ecosystem.

Good to Have:

• Windows administration experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline preferred
