Description

You will provide backend application system support, manage cloud infrastructure, and develop web applications in Windows and GCP environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support application backends within Windows Server 2016-2022 and resolve system issues.
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Java, and .NET.
• Manage Oracle Service Cloud and OPAs Hub, including workspace development and agent scripting.
• Write, modify, and tune complex SQL statements for optimal performance.
• Execute automated, performance, system, and UAT testing and migrate changes to production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server support.
• 5 years of experience writing and tuning complex SQL queries.
• 5 years of experience with .NET, ASP, VB Script, or Batch Script.
• 5 years of experience performing automated, performance, unit, system, and UAT testing.
• 4 years of experience with Oracle products, including installs, upgrades, and system log analysis.
• 3 years of experience administering Oracle Service Cloud, MySQL Database, or OPA.
• 2 years of experience administering Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Java.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OPAs Hub development and workflow configuration.
