Description

Application Support Engineer job responsibilities include:
Provide production support for multiple fund applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.
Support migration of jobs, applications, and infrastructure to modern platforms utilizing Python, AWS, and APSS technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and infrastructure issues across distributed environments.
Lead production incident triage, root cause analysis, problem resolution, and post-incident reviews.
Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python to improve operational efficiency and support processes.
Monitor application health and performance using tools such as Splunk, Kibana, and enterprise monitoring platforms.
Participate in after-hours support, weekend coverage, and on-call rotations as required
