Description

You will provide technical support for complex transactional software systems and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues for internal departments through front-end support.
• Collaborate with software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system bugs.
• Maintain complex transactional systems, including payment processing platforms.
• Troubleshoot and configure EDI processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and views using business analytics tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting software systems.
• Proven experience as an Application Support Engineer.
• Proficiency with Oracle and SQL reporting languages (SQLPlus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, graphing).
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience maintaining complex transactional and payment processing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle PL-SQL and IBM Cognos.
• System administration with Ventiv Technology’s Claims Enterprise (iVOS) or Kofax KTM.
• Knowledge of insurance claims management and risk management systems.
