Description

You own application stability, incident resolution, and deployment support for production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and resolve production bugs within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical glitches to implement permanent fixes.
• Track system performance, logs, and server health using APM tools.
• Assist DevOps with code deployments, patches, environment configuration, and data migrations.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical knowledge bases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or site reliability engineering.
• Strong command-line proficiency in Linux/Unix or Windows Server.
• Hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries in Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Ability to write automation scripts in Python, Bash, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container tools like Docker/Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience collaborating with QA teams and business stakeholders to escalate complex bugs.
