Description

You will own application support for critical business systems, ensuring stability and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across microservices and REST APIs independently.
• Analyze system performance to optimize reliability and efficiency.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to expand the team knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex software issues.
• Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential system failures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or software engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience troubleshooting RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience working in collaborative, Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to application monitoring and performance tuning tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent work capability.
