Description

Provide L2 support for .NET/ASP.NET Core applications and Azure-hosted solutions, ensuring production stability and SLA adherence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents for Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, SQL, and Storage.
• Analyze application logs, telemetry, and performance metrics using Azure Application Insights.
• Investigate and resolve application, database, integration, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and contribute to preventive and corrective action plans.
• Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with .NET and ASP.NET Core applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services including Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, SQL Database, and Storage.
• Strong SQL querying and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting REST APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD release management practices.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and OpenText platforms is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
