Description

You will provide Level 2 support for full-stack applications, maintaining internal and vendor systems while resolving incidents within SLA requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents according to SLA requirements and provide off-hours support for critical issues.
• Maintain internal and vendor applications to meet operational standards.
• Ensure data privacy requirements are current within the Data Privacy Tool.
• Fix security vulnerabilities within defined timeframes.
• Work with vendors and the Operational Resiliency team to assess service impacts and define recovery metrics.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience supporting full-stack solutions.
• Proficiency with AWS.
• Experience with React and Angular.
• Working knowledge of .NET and C#.
• Familiarity with SQL and MongoDB.
• Experience implementing or working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to optimize performance and conduct automated unit testing.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Documentation and Agile methodologies.
