Description

You will own technical support for the Analytics Platform, handling tool implementation and production troubleshooting. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce customer-reported issues by collaborating with engineering and QA teams.
• Debug and troubleshoot application interfaces, server issues, and database performance.
• Implement automation using Python scripting and DevOps tools.
• Analyze technical requirements to deliver scalable support solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a product-based environment.
• Advanced Python scripting and automation skills.
• Strong Linux OS proficiency, including kernel, file-system, and threading knowledge.
• Experience debugging OS, Cron jobs, and automation suites.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Docker, or Atlassian tools.
• Working knowledge of debugging Apache, Tomcat, and Postgres.
• Understanding of the TCP/IP stack and socket communication.
• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cassandra or Solr.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure.
