Description

Provide production support for financial applications, ensuring system stability and leading incident resolution and migration efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and infrastructure issues across distributed Windows, Linux, and SQL environments.
• Lead production incident triage, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python to improve operational efficiency.
• Support migration of jobs and infrastructure to modern platforms using AWS and APSS technologies.
• Monitor application health and performance using Splunk, Kibana, and enterprise monitoring tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in application support and software development.
• Strong expertise in Python development.
• Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Knowledge of APSS technologies.
• Experience supporting distributed platforms including Windows, Linux, and SQL-based environments.
• Strong understanding of production support methodologies, incident management, and ITIL principles.
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Splunk and Kibana.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java development.
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income products, fund accounting processes, and investment management workflows.
