Description

You will provide L1/L2/L3 production support for critical business applications, managing BAU processes and resolving incidents within SLAs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAU processes and monitor application health to inform stakeholders of issues or findings.
• Develop and support ETL processes using Ab Initio.
• Build and support reports using Cognos and manage database connections via Cognos Framework Manager.
• Monitor incident queues to ensure ServiceNow requests and IMs are addressed within SLAs.
• Execute change management processes and perform system validations following production deployments.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application production support (L1/L2/L3).
• Experience developing and supporting ETL processes with Ab Initio.
• Proficiency with Cognos and Cognos Framework Manager for reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle Exadata.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident and request management.
• Strong understanding of database systems and data transmission.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree.
