Description

Lead the design and implementation of event-driven integration architectures within SAP BTP, ensuring operational stability and architectural governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement event-driven and API-led integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP BTP.
• Administer and maintain SAP Advanced Event Mesh (AEM), including queues, topics, and subscriptions.
• Manage SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and API Management components to ensure reliable asynchronous communication.
• Develop and maintain event consumers and integration flows using Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
• Apply architectural best practices for REST APIs, JSON, and XML data handling in distributed systems.

Required Skills

• SAP Advanced Event Mesh (AEM) administration and configuration (3-5 years experience).
• SAP BTP Administration and operational governance (3-5 years experience).
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture concepts and asynchronous patterns.
• Proficiency in messaging systems such as Solace or MQ.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Programming skills in Java, Node.js, or Groovy Script.
• Experience with Spring Boot for building event consumers.
• Familiarity with API Management and Cloud Integration (CPI).
