Description

You will provide end-to-end support for ASP.NET and MS SQL-based applications within a 15/7 rotating shift model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve service requests to meet SLA targets.
• Manage incidents and perform SQL queries to maintain seamless application operations.
• Support IIS and monitor system performance to implement proactive fixes.
• Collaborate across teams throughout the SDLC, from design to deployment.
• Communicate technical updates and status reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or similar technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET 4.8 Webforms, MVC Razor Pages, and Web API.
• Experience with ADO.NET and SQL Server 2018.
• Knowledge of SSRS and SSIS for reporting and integration.
• Frontend development skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Version control experience using GitLab.
• Solid debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a Housing Finance Organization.
