Description

You will own application support, incident resolution, and project management tasks using Service Now and Unix/Linux environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and resolve issues using Service Now or similar incident management systems.
• Analyze problems and drive resolution within an agile framework.
• Coordinate project management activities and deliver results with ownership.
• Maintain system stability and support workflow products like XTRAC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Service Now or similar incident management tools.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux administration and operations.
• Ability to write and execute Database SQL scripts.
• Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Datadog monitoring tools.
• Experience with any cloud platform.
• Familiarity with the XTRAC workflow product.
