You will own application stability and technical support in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within applications and integrated tools.
• Troubleshoot system failures under pressure to restore functionality.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to document and implement processes that meet business requirements.
• Manage and optimize workflows using internal and external APIs.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for managing boards, git repositories, and pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in application support or similar technical roles.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript and C#.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS and SSIS tools.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, git repos, and pipelines.
• Experience integrating and working with internal and external APIs.
• Ability to work independently and within a team structure.
• Degree in any field of study.
