Description

You will provide technical support for multi-channel applications, including web, mobile, and API platforms, within a global support team.

Responsibilities

• Support critical client-facing applications to maintain stability.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot issues across Java and Oracle-based architectures.
• Collaborate with external technology teams and vendors to resolve application issues.
• Participate in Agile/XP environments to ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development or support.
• Proficiency with Java and J2EE.
• Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with Spring frameworks, specifically Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap, CSS3, and HTML4.
• Experience with RESTful interfaces and API support.
• Familiarity with build tools including Gradle, Maven, and NPM.
• Working knowledge of GIT and Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Understanding of Cloud Computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and SSDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
• Experience with Azure cloud environments.
