Description

You will provide technical support and maintain application stability for production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot production applications.
• Manage job scheduling and workflow processes.
• Resolve incidents and defects in production environments.
• Maintain application stability through proactive monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or development.
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Strong working knowledge of Unix operating systems.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Control-M for job scheduling.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident management.
• Knowledge of Message Queue (MQ) systems.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
