Description

Own the uptime, stability, and scalability of the internal account reconciliation application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain application performance and resolve incidents for the reconciliation squad.
• Manage daily, monthly, and week-end reconciliation tasks including escheatment.
• Fine-tune alerting and monitoring systems to support reconciliation processes.
• Build tools and processes to support analytics and operational monitoring.
• Analyze business processes and document workflows for new Line of Business initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software or systems application support.
• Background in financial services or banking application support.
• Direct experience with account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience with AR software.
• Business analysis skills including process documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Agile environment experience.
