Description

You will manage the release lifecycle and provide technical support for the Home Lending System.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues within the Home Lending System.
• Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure availability and reliability.
• Process and prepare code packages for deployment across environments.
• Manage the release lifecycle process, including preparing for and completing scheduled deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in technical support or application environments.
• Proficiency with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience navigating Windows Servers, IIS, and application services.
• Proficiency using Visual Studio.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Azure, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret server logs for troubleshooting.
• Experience with software deployment processes and release management.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts for scheduled releases on Thursday nights.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of process automation and workflow optimization.
