Description

You will support and maintain enterprise applications across various operating systems, resolving incidents and automating deployment tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application issues in Java and J2EE environments.
• Manage and resolve incidents using ticket management systems like ServiceNow.
• Automate deployment and post-deployment tasks across Unix, Windows, and Linux.
• Monitor application health using tools like Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application support.
• Proficiency in Linux, Windows, and Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with JBoss application server.
• Strong scripting skills using Bash Shell and Python.
• Familiarity with Java platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Understanding of containerization concepts.
