Description

Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) for hybrid roles in Dallas, Texas or Salt Lake City, Utah. You will handle advanced application support requiring strong programming capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 and L3 application support for production systems.
• Debug and resolve complex issues using Java and object-oriented design principles.
• Analyze and maintain distributed storage systems including DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and manage version control using Git.
• Perform code reviews and assessments via Coderpad testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development or advanced technical support.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java with object-oriented design expertise.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks like Angular or React.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Understanding of distributed storage systems (DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in L2/L3 support roles.
• Willingness to complete a technical coding assessment.
