You will provide L2/L3 support for core applications, managing incidents and deploying software within Agile sprints.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Angular and .NET Core applications.
• Manage incidents and changes following ITIL processes.
• Deploy software within Agile sprints.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Angular development.
• Proficiency with .NET Core.
• Experience with AWS hosting environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident and change management.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Competency in Python for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI concepts applied to support.
