Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application issues to identify root causes.
• Manage user access and permissions using Active Directory.
• Execute SQL queries to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
• Monitor application performance within Linux environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in application support or related roles.
• Proficiency with Java for application-level troubleshooting.
• Strong experience working in Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of SQL for database querying and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
