Description

Provide enterprise-scale application support to ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of critical systems. You will troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues in real time while supporting replatforming initiatives by analyzing legacy behavior and assisting with migration to modern platforms.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues in real time.
• Monitor application health and logs using Splunk to proactively identify risks or performance issues.
• Collaborate with platform engineering teams leveraging Kubernetes / CaaS for deployment, scaling, and container orchestration.
• Support replatforming initiatives by analyzing legacy application behavior and assisting with migration to modern platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise-scale application support experience in large, complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with CaaS / Kubernetes for containerized application support.
• Strong familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based operational support.
• Proficiency in Splunk for troubleshooting, monitoring, and log analysis.
• Experience replatforming or modernizing legacy applications.
