Manage application incidents and contribute to software engineering through active development and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage application incidents to ensure efficient issue resolution and smooth functioning.
• Write code and conduct code reviews to maintain technical proficiency and mentor the team.
• Apply ITIL service delivery processes and SDLC methodologies to support service management.
• Contribute to software engineering practices through hands-on development work.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in application support and software engineering.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Solid understanding of ITIL service delivery processes.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Gurgaon.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with full-stack development.
