Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for applications in production environments.
• Monitor applications and ensure stable day-to-day operations.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents and technical issues.
• Support application deployments, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Perform post-deployment checks and validation.
• Support rollback activities when required.
• Work with product, development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 teams and external support providers.
• Support incident tracking and resolution using ServiceNow and other service management tools.
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement of applications.

Experience Required:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in IT application or platform support.
• Strong experience in L2/L3 application support and production environments.
• Experience in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Experience with application deployment and release support.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Experience working with development, infrastructure, and application support teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting production-critical applications is preferred.
