Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Manage Apache HTTPD configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze system issues to ensure timely resolution and stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address application performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Web Application Support Operations.
• Strong proficiency with SQL.
• Solid experience using Linux commands.
• Expertise in Apache HTTPD configuration and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with L2/L3 application support workflows.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with standard development tools and technologies.
