Description

Own production support operations and incident resolution for critical application infrastructure. You will diagnose system failures, coordinate fixes, and maintain service stability across Windows and Linux environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve application incidents using strong analytical skills.
• Monitor and maintain Windows and Linux system health.
• Apply networking fundamentals to isolate connectivity and service issues.
• Support authentication systems and MFA configurations.
• Collaborate on cloud infrastructure stability in Azure.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Application or Production Support.
• Hands-on administration of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and fundamentals.
• Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure.
